Your first Ride at Ryders

Get ready for a fat-burning, full-body cardio workout!

Hydrate
Drink Drink Drink! The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. Be sure to have water before, during and after your ride. At RYDERS we provide filtered water to fill your bottles.

Snack
Key to a successful ride is NOT doing it on a empty stomach. Best is to have a light snack 30 min before you ride.

What to Wear
If you've never ridden before at RYDERS we suggest wearing a tee or tank along with form fitting pants or shorts. At RYDERS we feature the latest Keiser M3i spin bike which has both SPD clips and also cages to accommodate running shoes. You will sweat so prepare what you wear, and what works best for you!

Check-In
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before you ride. If you are brand new to the studio please let the front desk know so we can assist you with the set up of your bike. If you have reserved a bike online and are not in the studio 10 minutes before the start of class your bike will no longer be yours. Please do NOT be that person arriving right at the start of class, this will not be allowed as its too distracting to the instructor and the riders.

What is Barre?
Barre is a total-body exercise regimen that incorporates the stationary handrail or barre that ballet dancers use to improve their flexibility and extension, strengthen muscles and perfect technique. It fuses the tried-and-true fitness techniques of Pilates, Ballet, Calisthenics and Yoga into one comprehensive workout.
