Your recovery must come first so that everything you love does not have to come last. The Rehab and Recover program is a low impact program that is designed for anyone who has completed their hip or knee rehabilitation and needs guidance or motivation to continue with safe exercising progression.
Work with a Certified Kinesiologist to:
- Increase and maintain joint range of motion.
- Increase muscle strength and flexibility.
- Improve balance and posture.
Gain confidence in returning to activities of daily living and recreational activities.
This is a 8 week program with 2 – 45 minute sessions per week (16 sessions)
